Booking and Payment

For Stripe payments (Pay in Full, Pay in 2): a non-refundable deposit of CA$1,000 / US$730 is required to secure your place. The deposit is strictly non-refundable under any circumstances, including cancellation, change of plans, illness, or inability to travel. A card processing fee of 3.7% + $0.30, which covers both domestic and international card transactions, is calculated once on the total booking amount (never per person or per room occupant) and is likewise strictly non-refundable under any circumstances. By completing your booking you expressly acknowledge and agree that both the deposit and the processing fees are non-refundable and will not be returned, credited, or reversed for any reason.

For Zelle and Interac e-Transfer payments: full payment is due within 48 hours of reservation. If payment is not received within 48 hours, the reservation is automatically released. No processing fees apply to these payment methods.

IMPORTANT: The full remaining balance of the trip must be paid in full no later than February 1, 2027. Failure to complete payment by this date may result in the automatic cancellation of your reservation, without refund of any amounts already paid (including deposit and processing fees).

Pay in 2 Plan

When selecting Pay in 2, you pay the deposit plus the full processing fee at checkout. The remaining balance is automatically charged to the card you used at checkout exactly 30 days after the deposit date. By selecting this plan and checking the authorization box, you consent to this automatic charge. If the automatic charge fails, you will be contacted to arrange an alternative payment method. The balance charge is non-refundable once processed.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

The deposit and all processing fees are non-refundable from the moment of booking, under any and all circumstances. No exceptions will be made.

The full remaining balance of the trip must be paid in full no later than February 1, 2027.

Before February 1, 2027: if you cancel, a trip credit may be issued in lieu of a cash refund for amounts paid above the non-refundable deposit and processing fees. Trip credits are valid for future Maison Petal experiences and are non-transferable.

After February 1, 2027, absolutely no refunds of any kind will be issued, regardless of the circumstances. This includes, without limitation, cancellation, illness, injury, family emergency, change of plans, travel restrictions, denied entry, missed connections, or any other event, whether or not within your control. All amounts paid -- deposit, processing fees, and the remaining balance -- become fully non-refundable and non-transferable as of February 1, 2027.

This zero-refund policy after February 1, 2027 is a fixed agency and supplier policy: once accommodations, experiences, and other trip components have been committed and paid to our partners, those funds cannot be recovered, and Maison Petal Dream has no ability to reverse, refund, or credit them. You acknowledge that after this date all amounts paid are fully non-refundable and non-transferable, and that Maison Petal Dream cannot make any exception.

Travel insurance is strongly recommended to protect against unforeseen situations.

Shared Room Partner Policy

Shared/double rooms must be reserved by two travelers together at the time of booking. A single traveler cannot reserve a shared room alone.

If one traveler in a confirmed shared room pair cancels, the remaining traveler must either (a) find a replacement travel partner to fill the room, or (b) upgrade to a Private/Single Room at the price difference of $1,400 USD, subject to availability.

If neither option is completed by the final payment deadline, Maison Petal Dream reserves the right to reassign the room to guests on the waitlist. Any remaining deposit from the departing traveler will be treated per the standard cancellation policy above.

Payment Acknowledgment

By signing the digital agreement at the time of booking, you acknowledge and accept all payment terms, including non-refundable deposits, non-refundable processing fees, the 48-hour payment window for manual transfers, automatic balance charges for Pay in 2 bookings, and the cancellation policy outlined above.

Accommodation

Accommodation throughout the journey consists of handpicked 4- and 5-star hotels, riads, and luxury properties. All selections are subject to availability at the time of booking and may be substituted with comparable or higher-category alternatives at Maison Petal Dream's discretion. Private rooms with en-suite bathrooms are provided for all guests. Specific property names referenced in marketing materials reflect our preferred partners and intended itinerary but are not guaranteed.

For guests who select a shared room option, Maison Petal Dream is not responsible for who you will be sharing with. Room pairings are made exclusively among guests who have selected the same shared room package. Maison Petal Dream does not guarantee specific roommate assignments, compatibility, or preferences. By booking a shared room, you acknowledge and accept that your roommate will be determined at our sole discretion from among confirmed shared-room guests.

For shared rooms, Maison Petal Dream will make every reasonable effort to secure two separate beds for you and your roommate. However, bed configurations are determined solely by the riad, hotel, or property and are subject to their availability. In the event that a property is unable to provide an extra bed and offers only a single queen or double bed, it is your responsibility to accept and accommodate that arrangement, as you have knowingly selected a shared room package. Maison Petal Dream cannot guarantee separate beds and is not liable for the bed configuration ultimately provided by a property. By booking a shared room you accept this condition.

Travel Requirements

Participants are responsible for ensuring valid travel documents, including passports and any required visas. Travel insurance is strongly recommended but is not included in the trip package.

Liability

Maison Petal Dream acts as a facilitator of travel experiences. We are not liable for circumstances beyond our control, including weather, political events, or third-party service disruptions.

Personal Belongings and Valuables

Maison Petal Dream is not responsible or liable for any loss, theft, damage, or disappearance of personal belongings, money, jewelry, electronics, documents, or any other items of value, whether at accommodations, during transportation, at experiences, or anywhere throughout the journey. You are solely responsible for the safekeeping of your own possessions at all times.

We strongly advise all guests to take every reasonable precaution to secure their belongings, including using in-room safes or safety deposit boxes where available, keeping valuables on their person or locked away, and never leaving items unattended in public areas or vehicles. We strongly recommend that you do not bring items of high value unless absolutely necessary. Any valuables you choose to bring are carried entirely at your own risk. By participating in this journey, you acknowledge and accept that Maison Petal Dream, its host, staff, and partners bear no responsibility whatsoever for lost, misplaced, stolen, or damaged personal property, and you release Maison Petal Dream from any and all claims relating to such loss. Travel insurance covering personal belongings is strongly recommended.
